Package Inclusion:

• Welcome drink on arrival (non-alcoholic) in Luxury Swiss Camps.
• ​Accommodation in well equipped Luxury Swiss camps with attached washrooms or Riverside Standard Camps with common washrooms .
• R.O. Drinking water available at camps.
• ​Daily Morning Tea.
• Buffet Lunch.
• Buffet Dinner (Veg. /Non-Veg).
• Buffet B/Fast.
• ​Evening Tea with Snacks.
• River rafting on the Ganges once during stay 16 kms.
• Body Surfing, Cliff Jumping during River Rafting.
• Bonfire Entertainment. (In Summer Bonfire on Demand)
• Nature trekking once during stay.
• Luxury Camp Activities and Games like Badminton, Ludo, Chess, Carrom etc.
• Obstacle Rope Courses at Luxury Campsite for people staying in Luxury Swiss Camps.
• Standard Camp Activities and Games like Volley-Ball, Cricket, Carrom, Playing Cards, and Chess.
• All applicable taxes.

Package Exclusion:

• Any personal expenses like Laundry, STD call, etc.
• We are not responsible for any claim due to natural Calamities such as land slide, road blockage etc.
• Any personal expenses like soft drinks, sodas, mineral water.
• Any insurance or medical costs.

Terms & Conditions (Please read them very carefully to avoid any confusion):

• All bookings are strictly subject to availability and confirmation by payment of Non-refundable Advance.
• LUXURY SWISS CAMPS are in JUNGLE not ON RIVERSIDE, MAIN GANGA RIVER IS 250 METERS DOWNWARDS FROM CAMPS.
• For quad sharing in some luxury camps we are having sofa in the tent and in some camps only extra mattress, will be provide, no additional bed.​
• Kids under the age of 5 years sharing parent’s bed is complimentary.
• ​We request not to travel with heavy luggage since have to trek​1​00 mtrs till our camp from main road​with self service luggage.
• ​Management shall not take responsibility of a missing items from camp or its premises, hence requested not to travel with too much ornaments, jwellery, cash and other etc.
• ​As per Government directives it is Mandatory for all the guest (Foreign Nationals,NRI’s and Indian Nationals) to show their Photo ID proof at the time of Check-In ,which can be in the form of Passport and Visa Copy, Driving License, Voter ID Card , failing which the hotel reserves the right of admission .​
• In case if going out of Camps please deposit valuables in safety locker with the security of our Camp Manager.    
• All our packages are ‘group packages’ and same services/items are applicable for each person in the group.
• Total cost will not be affected if there is any reduction in the number of persons and camps.
• Any meal, activity or service not availed by the client will not be adjusted in the package cost and non-refundable under any circumstances.
• We entertain only those persons at the campsite for whom the booking has been made. No additional persons will be entertained under any circumstances.
• Cradle of Life reserves the right to alter or cancel any trip depending upon the prevailing conditions.
• Room Service is not available and guests are requested not to embarrass us by insisting on Room Service or taking meals to the tents.
• Parking will be at owener's risk, we do not have our own parking space.
• You are requested to fairly assess your physical disposition before making the reservations. Camping is not suggested for expecting women, families with infants and hose having difficulty in walking moderate distances.
• Early Check-in facility will not be available. Camps will be allotted by camp manager after 12:00 pm only.
• Transportation & Rafting can be delayed due to Traffic Jam, if still client want to be back at camp on time than they can arrange their own transport and can return to camp.
• Rafting timing and schedule will be totally depending on CAMP MANAGER.
• Don’t compare camp to hotel/resort services. It’s an adventures trip so enjoy the adventure.
• Rafting will solely depend on the decision of the government authorities whether it will be done from Brahmpuri or Shivpuri. In case rafting is not possible due to high water level amount of Rs. 300/- per person will be refunded.

Policy (Adventure Activities & Camping):

• It is not advisable to join for rafting if you are under any medical treatment (like Diabetic, Fit, high & low B.P., vertigo, Asthmatics, Heart problem any surgery & tribal will be your own responsibility
• ​The management is not being responsible for any type of hazard, accident happened inside or outside of camp premises.​
• We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident , sickness, loss due to theft or any other reason, guests are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country.
• We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred- directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, accident, breakdown of machinery, equipment’s, transport, traffic situation ​weather​ condition, sickness, landslides, political closure or any untoward incidents.
• Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of participants etc. may dictate itinerary change. We reserve the rights to change any schedule in the interest of safety, comfort & general well being.
• We reserve the rights for the cancel of particular person not following the instructions of our guide during any activity.
• We reserve to rights for cancellation of the person such as alcoholic, misbehaved. Such persons are strictly prohibited.

Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure: 
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows: -

• 15 + days: 25% Cancellation Charges
• 7 - 15 days: 50% Cancellation Charges
• Less than 7 days: 100% Cancellation Charges, No refund.
• In the event of ‘No show‘, No refund shall be made under any circumstances.
